BBL Hospitality is a hotel, hospitality, and restaurant management company with a portfolio of 22 hotels, 15 restaurants.

The group’s sports-themed restaurant chain, Recovery Sports Grill, was expanding rapidly and needed to enhance its brand identity and customer loyalty program. Highlights from the expansion include sourcing a local artist to graffiti a tagline feature on walls of all new builds and remodeled restaurants, conducting a photo shoot for new menu items and promotional use, designing menus, and focusing on the promotion of weekly specials and campaigns to grow the “Hall of Fame (HOF)” customer loyalty program.
